  1. Rebooted and ready to go. Such power in a pause, Jana. And so wonderful that we can tune in to gain great benefits anytime anywhere. A practice that I find even simpler is to simply notice my breath, maybe just a single breath – the power here is in simply bringing my attention away from my thoughts and into the present moment. Sometimes I notice the air coming in my nostrils, other times the rising of my chest, or the air flowing deep into my stomach. It can be challenging to notice without changing it or judging it, although that is my intention. Thank you for your guided practices, my friend. I’m getting better at surfing life thanks to YOU!
